Responsibility:-

• Imaging and testing devices on PCs and laptops to ensure good functionality before deployment. Ensures seamless communication between file servers, mail servers, and other servers with Thin Client and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) devices.
• As the principal analyst configures and sets up the proper gear and software for new team members. Helps to preserve the effectiveness and functioning of user and computer objects in active directory.
• Sets up email accounts for newly hired team members and removes team members who have been fired. This configuration affects user access to basic Local Area Network (LAN) services. builds and configures the infrastructure that supports LAN services under supervision as requested.
• Responds to common technical issues with desktop/laptop hardware, installed software, and/or Microsoft Operating Systems (e.g., replacement of peripheral equipment due to failure).
