What you’ll do

• Test Planning: Collaborate with the QA team to create test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
• Test Execution: Execute test cases and perform manual testing to identify and report defects and issues.
• Regression Testing: Assist in regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved in new releases.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.
• Bug Tracking: Use bug tracking tools to report and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Automation Support: Learn and assist in test automation activities under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development, product management, and other teams to ensure a seamless QA process.

What you’ll need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in quality assurance and software testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Basic knowledge of software testing concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems is a plus.
• Currently based in Bengaluru city.
